terms of service

please read this page before commissioning me!

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

i reserve the right to refuse any project
no part of any commissioned project is permitted for the use in non fungible tokens (nfts)
clients must list credit (twitter username or carrd link) in an easy to access place (twitch panel, twitter bio, etc.)
payment is not required to join the waitlist
if your slot in the wait-list comes up and you do not have a PSD ready, your slot will be moved to the end of the queue
refunds can be accepted before the project begins, but will not be accepted after work on the rig begins
a minimum of half the commission price must be paid upfront right before i begin working
clients will only receive the files required to load the model into a tracking software (MOC3, jsons, texture folder), not the CMO3 FILE (the cmo3 file can be sent for a fee of $150)
rigging commissions will typically take 2-4 months to complete, possibly longer depending on complexity/scope of project

commission process

client dm's me with commission inquiry
i contact client for final pricing
client must pay a minimum of half price upfront via paypal invoice (we can discuss other payment plans as well)
client sends PSD over google drive/email (i will send a list of edits in case the PSD is not up to standard)
i begin rigging work, sending/posting/streaming progress videos (will post on social media/stream if given permission)
i finish the work and client sends what's left of the payment (+ any extras if necessary)
i send a zip containing the files needed for face tracking software
i provide (free) tracking/setup assistance

vbridger includes the following parameters:

limitations

i will be limiting the amount of toggles for first time rigs to avoid burnout, more toggles can be added at a later date
all rigging clients must have a rig-ready PSD by the rigging start date (if you do not know what this means, please consult your artist or this guide)
PSDs that are cut minimally will be accepted, just keep in mind how the range of motion will be limited!
i will not do hand tracking
i will not do 90 degree head turns
i will not accept furry rigs with a long muzzle, i am not confident in my abilities for this!
i will not accept child-like rigs that will be used in nsfw contexts
