please read this page before commissioning me!
by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
Discuss vision, references, and scope with client
Provide quote based on complexity and deadline requirements
Add client to waitlist
Client pays initial deposit(s)
Begin rigging with opportunity for feedback and revisions
Client sends final payment before delivery of files
No part of any commissioned project is permitted for the use in non fungible tokens (nfts)
No part of any commissioned project is permitted for the use in generative ai or large language models
Client must list rigging credit (wiwyvt) in an accessible place (twitch panel, twitter bio, etc.)
Payments will be sent via PayPal invoice
A deposit is required before work begins
Deposit amount is 50% by default, but alternative payment plans can be discussed
Remaining balance must be paid before final rig is delivered
Deposit is not required to join the wailist
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
If client wishes to cancel before final delivery, a partial refund may be considered
If I am unable to complete the commission, client will receive a full refund
Client will receive files required only for model tracking software (.moc3)
Source files are available for a fee of $150 (.cmo3)
Do not share delivered files without permission
Waitlist slots are first-come-first-serve
Client can request a slot up to 1 year in advance
PSD must be ready when waitlist slot is reached
If files are not ready, client will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist and the next slot will be contacted instead
